Delivery is calculated at the checkout.

Please note we cannot ship to PO Boxes. We can only deliver within Australia at this time. International shipping is not yet supported.

All orders placed today will be shipped within two business days.

Please allow longer for regional deliveries. 

Please note that shipping times are a guideline and subject to change. There may be slightly longer delivery times during peak periods, due to wild weather, or due to other delivery issues that are unforeseen or unavoidable events beyond our control. 

 

What if I’m not at home?

You don’t have to be home to receive the delivery. Please note once delivered to your door, we can no longer be responsible for the parcel.

 

Delivery Temperature

Your beverages will be delivered at room temperature. We recommend refrigeration before you enjoy your Tela Mela Drinks!

 

Returns

In the event your purchase is faulty, damaged, or incorrect we will happily refund or replace your order, just email info@telameladrinks.com. Please note we cannot offer a return for change of mind, so choose carefully!
